Pace University to Host Technology Forum for Non-Profits

Lubin Graduate Center, 1 Martine Avenue, White Plains, from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m.

WHITE PLAINS, NY – The United Way/ Not-For-Profit Management Center of the Michaelian Institute and The Center for Community Outreach of Pace University invite the public to attend a technology conference for not-for-profit organizations, Use Technology… Instead of it Using You, Thursday, Nov. 8, at Pace University’s Evelyn and Joseph I. Lubin Graduate Center, 1 Martine Avenue, White Plains, from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m.

The conference features keynote speaker Matt Florence, Director of Techsoup.org, a comprehensive not-for-profit information web site created by CompuMentor (a pioneer in not-for-profit technical advice). Workshops will include: Tools for the Accidental Techie, Why are so many Grants Focused on Technology?, Using Technology for Every Day Activities, and Training.
