Battered Women’s Justice Center Receives $137,000 Grant to Create Public Service Announcements about Domestic Violence Awareness

The Battered Women’s Justice Center at Pace
University School of Law will honor two women for their work in
creating a national public service announcement about domestic abuse,
on Thursday, Oct. 8 during a daylong program in recognition of Domestic
Violence Awareness Month. Events begin at 11 a.m. and will conclude
with an awards ceremony at 5 p.m. on the School’s White Plains campus,
78 North Broadway. The public is invited to attend.
