Newsday: “Westchester’s Pace to host college fair for Hispanics”

A National Hispanic College Fair for Westchester and Rockland County junior and senior high school students will be held at Pace University in Pleasantville from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 17.

A National Hispanic College Fair for Westchester and Rockland County junior and senior high school students will be held at Pace University in Pleasantville from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 17.

National Hispanic College Fairs provide Hispanic and Latino high school juniors and seniors access to college representatives as well as scholarship and grant information.

Peter Thompson, spokesman for National Hispanic College Fairs, said representatives from 70 colleges and universities as well as 1,500 to 2,000 students are expected to attend the fair at Pace.

The fair will take place at Pace University’s Ann and Alfred Goldstein Health, Fitness and Recreation Center, 861 Bedford Rd.
