In “Action” four friends confront the circumstances that force them together and the “action” that force them apart as they wait for the end of the world and the beginning of time. “The Family Continues” by Lanford Wilson evokes the panorama of a young man’s life-birth, army service, marriage, job, parenthood, old age-within the brief span of its action.
