The New Yorker: “Gracious Living”

The magazine’s architecture critic, Paul Goldberger, merely notes that the new 8 Spruce Street building by the architect Frank Ghery is “across the street” from Pace, but he calls the building “one of the most beautiful towers downtown” and says it is nearly as excellent as “the most lyrical skyscraper in New York,” the nearby Woolworth building.
